Dr Gail Dixon studied medicine at the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa.
She then obtained a fellowship in Paediatrics, before taking a break from work to start a family. Gail migrated to Australia with her family (husband and 3 daughters) in 1982. Gail worked in Community Child Health for the school medical service and also started work in General Practice in Warrandyte in 1986.
She has been in full time general practice since 1994. Gail is interested in all aspects of family oriented general practice including child health, women’s’ health and care of the elderly.
